This former Primitive Methodist chapel is located on the high street in the old village. Carved into the stone above the door is 1858, the year the chapel was consecrated. The chapel was one of the main places of worship in the village until the much larger chapel next door was constructed (now the Captain Cook Museum). It has been tastefully modernised to create the ideal base for an extended family break. The property sleeps up to eight and is pet friendly.
The property opens into an open plan living space with large sofas, flat screen TV and a log fire. There is a kitchenette with a microwave oven and a dishwasher.
